1.)All  contests are sponsored by the corresponding establishment and by DarKer Side DJ's.

2.) All contestants must be 19 or older to enter. No Exceptions!

3.) Only amateur singers will be allowed to enter. (No karaoke show owners, or employees of a karaoke show or the corresponding establishment will be allowed to enter.)

4.) Judges will be picked randomly from the crowd on the contest night. (Minimum 3 for each contest round) or Contestants will judge each other.

5.) Must have a minimum of five singers to hold the contest or it will be terminated for that evening.

6.) DarKer Side DJ's holds the right to disqualify any contestant for any fallacies or poor behavior provided or displayed by any one contestant.

7.) All Songs must be part of the DarKer Side Karaoke Song list. No Outside music sources will be allowed.

8.) DarKer Side DJ's Hold the right to throw out any judges sheets if any wrongdoing is found or suspected. 

9.) DarKer Side DJ's obtain the right to keep any individual from performing.

10.) Multiple person acts will be allowed. However, the act that starts must remain intact. Any substitution or reduction of contestants will result in termination of the Act.
